The Lenco PDR-011BK gives you a 3-in-1 multi-audio system with a DAB+ radio, FM radio and MP3 player. You’ll be able to listen to your favourite radio stations everywhere, enjoying digital DAB+ and FM quality or, if you prefer to listen to your own music, the MP3 player where your favourite songs are stored using the supplied four GB micro SD card. The PDR-011BK lets you listen to your own favourite music anywhere, using just the device itself. With a height of only 8.5 cm / 3,3″, it fits right into your pocket. You could also wear the radio on your wrist, using the included carrying strap. On the bright LCD display with backlight, you can see which radio station you’re listening to. It takes about three hours for the PDR-011BK‘s battery to charge.
The Lenco PDR-011BK’s operation is quite simple:

Good to know about DAB+ reception:
- DAB+ radio reception works differently than FM radio reception.
- FM often still connects to radio stations with a weak transmitter, albeit with a rustling or crackling sound.
- DAB+ reception works digitally and if there is not enough signal on the spot, you will not hear anything. It has no noise or cracking like FM reception. This is not due to the radio, but to the fact that there is too little DAB+ signal at the location.
- DAB+ rule: no reception = no sound.
- With DAB+ reception, there can be a substantial difference in reception level between one location and “a few meters / yards further away”. In case of a locally weak DAB+ signal, it is important to find the best possible location by moving the radio slightly.
- Even if you move to another place in the country, it’s recommended to do a full scan on-site. This way you can see which DAB+ channels can be received there.
